Welcome to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) student loan programs. Since 1965, THECB has provided low-interest loans for students who are Texas residents and/or are eligible to pay in-state tuition. Because THECB does not sell its loans, all loans are serviced at THECB until they are paid in full.
For the upcoming 2011-2012 academic period, the THECB will offer the College Access Loan (CAL) Program, the B-On-Time (BOT) Loan Program, and the Texas Armed Services Scholarship (ASP) Program. The following links provide more details on these programs - you may also wish to access information about current available loan funds for the 2011-2012 academic year.

The message will continue to be displayed until funds become available. There is no need to contact your institution.
- Funds will be delivered to your institution towards the end of September 2012, or later depending on when you accepted your loan terms as required by federal regulations.
