Our system works best when applicants utilize a PC with Internet Explorer. Using a Mac and other internet browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari causes errors and prevents the submission of online loan applications.

Please note that incomplete loan applications remaining in our system for more than 45 days will be deleted.

A person submitting misleading or fraudulent information to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board in an attempt to obtain financial aid is subject to criminal prosecution. Please contact the State Auditor's Fraud Hotline to report suspected fraud.
