Our Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) allows borrowers access to their loan and account information through the telephone system 24/7. Our IVR also allows borrowers the ability to make a check-by-phone payment at any time of the day with no waiting. Please refer borrowers to (512) 427-6340 or (800) 242-3062 (outside Austin only). Calls will be routed appropriately through the automated system.
New enhanced reports are available on your login site. Institution Login Using the Reports link from the left hand menu, you are now able to view detailed information on Pre-Approved Applications. All required documents have been received and reviews have been completed. Your certification of eligibility is all that is required to finalize the approval process.
