Borrowers
Due to changes in privacy protocols, primary account holders will be required to create a User ID when applying for a loan, initially registering their account, or logging in to their account.
You can apply and electronically sign your application if you have a valid Texas Driver's License or a valid Texas Identification Card. Previous borrowers who defaulted on any Hinson-Hazlewood Loan Program (including federal or state loans such as, but not limited to, FFELP Stafford subsidized or unsubsidized, College Access Loan, B-On-Time Loan) are not eligible for new loans.
If you'd like to obtain the balance or other information related to your Hinson Hazlewood loan, you can utilize this secured site by initially registering your account.
After registering your account, you can login to view loan information, including disbursal information and pending applications on file. You must have an existing account on the system or you can choose to apply online, which automatically creates a new account.
Institutions
Use this service to view the status of their students' pending applications. Available services include individual loan look-up and custom queries against the entire database of loans for their institution, as well as CommonLine 4 change send transactions and disbursal hold/release processing. Multiple terminals at each school can connect simultaneously to this site.
Once you login, enhanced reporting is available. Using the Reports link from the left hand menu, you'll be able to view detailed information on Pre-Approved Applications. When all required documents have been received and reviews have been completed by our office, your certification is all that is required to finalize the approval process.
