FY 2009 Hinson-Hazlewood Allocations

New Retrievable Reports on Your SFTP Site

Your SFTP file folder contains some new reports which include information not currently available within HHLoans.com. These reports will be refreshed daily at 10:00 a.m. for Hinson-Hazlewood and BOT loans.

B-On-Time Funding for 2008-2009

You may certify renewal BOT loans for FY09 now, but funding will not be available until September 5, 2008. Therefore, the BOT Allocation Summary Report will show all certified loans as UNFUNDED until that date. The BOT Allocation Summary Report and the Certified – No Allocation Funds Available report will be placed in your SFTP folder for viewing of total certifications. All other detailed information for BOT will not appear there until September 5. When you certify a loan an UNFUNDED message will be displayed, and the borrower will see the same message when he/she submits the application, until the funding is loaded into our system on September 5.
